Scope download number dropped to zero (downloads API)

What I Wanted to Do

To see the download stats for scoped packages in @angular-builders scope.

What Happened Instead

I see 0 for all 3 packages (custom-webpack, dev-server and jest). It dropped in one day to zero, which is already suspicious but it also lasts for more than a week, and in this week, even if assuming all the users suddenly stopped using all 3 packages the greenkeeper didn’t. I also installed the packages myself a few times (without cache) to make sure the real count is not 0 but it still is.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Click on https://api.npmjs.org/downloads/point/2019-04-29:2019-05-12/@angular-builders/custom-webpack and see zero downloads.
  2. Click on https://api.npmjs.org/downloads/point/2019-04-29:2019-05-12/@angular-builders/jest and see zero downloads.
  3. Click on https://api.npmjs.org/downloads/point/2019-04-29:2019-05-12/@angular-builders/dev-server and see zero downloads.

Looking at previous week gives you a totally different result:

  1. https://api.npmjs.org/downloads/point/2019-04-21:2019-04-28/@angular-builders/custom-webpack
  2. https://api.npmjs.org/downloads/point/2019-04-21:2019-04-28/@angular-builders/jest
  3. etc.
