readme.md links that work on GitHub do not work on npmjs.com

I’ve created the readme.md to be accommodated to GitHub, but when I publish the package on npm, the links do not work.

In my readme.md file I have got a header moveOn(list, config, done, catch).
GitHub resolves it as https://github.com/devrafalko/move-on#moveonlist-config-done-catch
npmjs.com resolves it as https://www.npmjs.com/package/move-on#moveon-list--config--done--catch-

Is there any workaround to make the links work both on GitHub and npmjs?

You could use HTML to define the headings

Table of Contents

<a href="#moveon">moveOn</a>

<h1 id="moveon">moveOn(list, config, done, catch)</h1>

@zkat Do you know which lib is used to convert markdown to html on the npmjs.com website?
