"npm outdated" does not show upgradable module

My project has a third-party dependency, “merge”, which I know that it has released an updated version “1.2.1”, but which does not show up with “npm outdated”.

The repository before I manually performed the upgrade can be found here:

I’ve tried: “npm outdated --depth 10”, “npm outdated --depth 10 --save-dev”. “merge” neves shows up, am I doing something wrong?
