What Happened Instead

The part with the command is whited out.

This seems like another good one. The intention was to highlight this while making it easy to select. I’d love to see some attempts at making this nicer – the repo where this is done is https://github.com/npm/npm-audit-report

Turns out this is mostly hyper's fault. Do you think it should still be changed?

(Kat Marchán) #4

How is it hyper’s fault? Is it actually interpreting ansi codes wrong?

(Joshua) #5

It appears so. Exact same code, hyper displays a white block with no visible text, Terminal.app displays the black text on a white background. (This is the inverse color).

(Kat Marchán) #6

Is there a bug in Hyper about this? Maybe it’s best to move the issue there. It’s weird, 'cause I also use Hyper and I haven’t seen this myself, either. Maybe it’s actually an issue with your specific theme?

(Joshua) #8

It is a bug in my theme. Time to file an issue!

I’m gonna go ahead and close this then✨
