Is there a good way to npm install minified code from a Git repository?
I am developing using a private npm module and given the circumstances(I am the only person in the project who has the knowledge to do so) I don’t think purchasing a private npm registry or setting up a free npm registry would be appropriate.
I have been using a private git repository by installing via ‘git+http://myrepo…’ style url.
However, it is a bit slow. Making a separate repository for minified code seems like a bad hack.
Is there any appropriate way of achieving what I want?
You could put the dist version of your code in an orphaned branch of that repository.
Thanks, I’ll give it a try.
