Gulp install fails

(Lee) #1

Hello, I have been trying; on my mac, to “npm install gulp-cli -g” (without the “”) and I get this error;

MacBook-Pro:~ lee$ npm -i install gulp-sli -g

npm ERR! code E404

npm ERR! 404

and pathing to https://registry.npmjs.org/gulp-sli i read {“error”:“Not found”} so is this package no longer available?

Found a solution that worked

sudo npm install gulp-cli -g

Installed without any issues

Looks like a typo, gulp-cli vs gulp-sli?
