Getting an issue while running node_modules\.bin\wdio config in windows

I trying to setup webdriverIO framework to create some tests scripts

I am getting an issue while trying to create config file in wdio using the command
node_modules.bin\wdio config. Please help me how to fix this .

I am using node v6.14.4 &
npm version 3.10.10

WebDriver requires node 8.11.0 or above, so it won’t work on node 6.
