Nobody else seems to be facing this issue. This issue is occurring after I cleaned cache using npm cache clean –force command.

Am I missing something? Any idea how to fix this? Should I try reinstalling npm? My npm version is 6.9.0 and node version is 10.13.0; Using Windows machine.
