Cannot use npm --> cache issue

Dear all,

I was trying to install curl request using npm. I keep facing this issue:

npm ERR! path C:\Users\adrlee\node_modules\node-libcurl\node_modules\abbrev
npm ERR! code ENOENT
npm ERR! errno -4058
npm ERR! syscall rename
npm ERR! enoent ENOENT: no such file or directory, rename ‘C:\Users\adrlee\node_modules\node-libcurl\node_modules\abbrev’ -> ‘C:\Users\adrlee\node_modules\node-libcurl\node_modules.abbrev.DELETE’
npm ERR! enoent This is related to npm not being able to find a file.
npm ERR! enoent

npm ERR! A complete log of this run can be found in:

now I cannot use npm anymore.

What should I do?

I tried to do npm installm npm upgrade all didntwork.

Any help?
